Since 1958, Al Haddad Motors has been the sole Authorised General Distributor for Mercedes-Benz in the Kingdom of Bahrain. During this time the company has continued to grow and now employs more than 200 dedicated and experienced staff. The wealth of experience and exceptional customer service provided by Al Haddad Motors ensures that it continues to be a world class Mercedes-Benz partner.

The company is a full-service Mercedes-Benz operation from new and used passenger cars to commercial vehicles, GenuineParts to lifestyle accessories, all professionally managed to meet the global Mercedes-Benz Distributor Retailer Standards. The service centre boasts a modern workshop fully equipped with Mercedes-Benz approved equipment.

The Al Haddad Motors mission is to ensure that the showrooms and service centre are focused around the needs of customers and to strive to provide the highest level of customer services that is in-line with the global Mercedes-Benz standard. These factors coupled with Al Haddad Motors’ exceptionally well-trained staff ensure that customers receive a consistently high level of comprehensive services that would be expected from an Authorised Mercedes-Benz General Distributor.

The Mercedes-Benz show facility is located in Tubli along the Shaikh Salman Highway and houses, the new car showroom and the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Car showroom. The Mercedes-Benz Service Centre is located in Salmabad.

The Al Haddad Motors facilities have all been recently updated to become adapted to the Global Mercedes-Benz Distributor Retail Standards. The colour scheme in the Mercedes-Benz showroom and service centre has now changed from blue to black and white and completely new signage has been installed. The customer reception areas have also been updated to match the Global Mercedes-Benz Distributor Retail Standards.  The Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned car showroom has been completely transformed to meet the Global Mercedes-Benz Distributor Retail Standards. The showroom also now has the capacity to house more Pre-Owned vehicles.

Al Haddad Motors provides a large range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles that include Sedans, Coupes, Cabriolets, SUVs, and Vans. The models currently being provided are the A-Class, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SLC, SL, GT, GLA, GLC, GLE, GLS, G-Class, V-Class and Vito.

Al Haddad Motors provides its customers with peace of mind and factory back assurance when purchasing a Pre-Owned vehicle as the vehicles provided are Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned options. This certification ensures that all vehicles are reconditioned to meet the Mercedes-Benz quality standards and carry high mechanical, electrical, comfort, and safety conditions. The benefits of the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles include 12 months warranty, multipoint technical check, full service history, factory trained technicians and more.

As for the Mercedes-Benz Service Centre, it offers its clients comprehensive vehicle maintenance services including Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts and body shop.

Al Haddad Motors also provides heavy-duty Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles and has a service workshop dedicated specifically to the maintenance of Commercial Vehicles at the Mercedes-Benz Service Centre in Salmabad.

Additionally, Al Haddad Motors carries out several campaigns and offers on Mercedes-Benz products and services throughout the year, most of which are on an always-on basis such as the GenuineParts and accessories campaign, express services, service contracts, safety campaign and more.
